Our PET Sheet Extrusion Line features an advanced screw design and a precision T-die to guarantee uniform plasticization and accurate sheet thickness. The entire line, from the dehumidifying and drying system, high-efficiency extruder, and precision three-roll calender to the automatic winder and cutting unit, is automated to enhance production efficiency and significantly reduce labor costs.

The PET sheets produced by this line offer outstanding thermoformability and processing performance, resulting in finished products with high transparency, a glossy surface, and compliance with food-grade safety standards.

This production line is optimized for the specific properties of ABS material, with every stage from raw material drying to extrusion molding being precisely controlled. We utilize a high-efficiency single or twin-screw extruder paired with a specially designed T-die and calender rolls to ensure uniform sheet thickness and stable physical properties. The line can be equipped with a co-extrusion system to produce multi-layer composite sheets, such as ABS/PMMA, providing the final product with superior weather resistance and a high-gloss finish.

This production line is designed for simplicity and efficiency, featuring easy operation and low maintenance costs. Through an optimized screw and barrel design, HIPS material is plasticized effectively even at lower temperatures, preserving its optimal physical toughness. A precision temperature control system and roll gap adjustment mechanism allow for accurate control over sheet thickness and flatness, meeting strict customer dimensional requirements. The HIPS sheets we produce not only have high impact strength but also good dimensional stability.

Producing high-quality PC sheets requires rigorous raw material treatment and precise extrusion control. This line is equipped with a high-efficiency dehumidifying and drying system to completely remove moisture, preventing bubbles and defects. A specially designed screw for PC and a melt pump system ensure stable melt pressure and uniform sheet thickness. Combined with a cleanroom environment and online protective film lamination, the resulting PC sheets have a flawless, clean surface and superior optical performance.

This line employs an extrusion system designed for optical-grade materials, operating in a strictly controlled clean environment from feeding to finishing to prevent contamination from black spots and impurities. Our unique screw design and T-die flow channel analysis ensure melt uniformity, effectively eliminating common flow marks and internal stress. Paired with a precision multi-roll calender and an online annealing oven (stress-relief unit), the PMMA sheets produced achieve a light transmittance of over 92% with excellent thickness tolerance and surface flatness.
