This machine is using a2.5M wide auto flat T-die from E.D.I or cloeren Co. with an auto thickness gauging system from NDC, USA This machine has been designed to be a complete automatic machine and easy operation.

Auto T-Die

Cloeren Dies come with various options such as; computer controller Auto Gauge™ automatic lip adjustment system, Internal Deckle System (IDS™) and Encapsulating Deckle Systems (EDS™).

Multi-Manifold Coextrusion Dies  

EDI Dual manifold, single exit coating die incorporating sliding wedge clamp deckle and Autoflex® IV push/pull lock up system. The current trend in coextrusion is to demand improved layer-to-layer distribution and structures utilizing material with very different processing parameters. Multi-manifold dies spread the layers before combining them just prior to the lip exit. This allows the processing of resins with diverse viscosities and/or temperatures. EDI offers Auto Die with automatic die lip adjustment for maintaining gauge variation.
